LEED NC 2.2 vs LEED NC 3.0 Hi everyone. I'm working on the LEED certification for our Home Improvement and Energy Conservation Lab and am trying to weigh the pros and cons of continuing in the LEED NC 2.2 system or taking advantage of the current opportunity to upgrade to 3.0. (We have our documentation in raw form with very little uploaded yet, so redundancy in uploading would not be too much of an issue.) This is a substantial rehab. Would the new weightings and regional credit factors help or hinder? I'm trying to compare the two systems but want to narrow my focus to the areas that are most affected. Of course garnering points is not what it's ALL about, but for the moment it's my job.... and I'm looking for any advice you can offer on how to do it well. Thanks!
